Hablando de consumo responsable, el impacto social de los artículos ofrecidos aquí es enorme: una forma de llevar ingresos a las comunidades en que se generan fuentes de empleo - siendo los artesan@s propietarios de sus empresas - que permiten además desempeñar distintos roles en la comunidad: madres, hermanas, abuelas, miembros de la comunidad escolar o del Comité ciudadano, conservando e incluso mejorando el tejido social en la localidad.
Bajo un esquema de Comercio Justo, se maximizan los ingresos que reciben los artesanos por su producción.
