★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve recorriendo varias tiendas en Mérida hasta que me topé con la nueva tienda de TALLER MAYA frente al parque de Santa Ana, y tiene sin duda la mejor calidad y diseño de artesanías, sus piezas son exclusivas y todas se comercializan a precio justo, beneficiando a las comunidades Mayas que se encuentran dentro de la península. Es una parada obligatoria si estás de compras por la ciudad.
I was visiting several stores in Mérida until I came across the new TALLER MAYA store in front of the Santa Ana park, and it has undoubtedly the best quality and design of handicrafts, its pieces are exclusive and all are sold at a fair price, benefiting the Mayan communities that are within the peninsula. It is a mandatory stop if you are shopping in the city.

Nadie se acerco a atendernos en los 10 minutos que estuvimos alli, igualmente los precios nos parecieron demasiado altos. Hemos comprado piezas originales de artistas locales en los shops de los museos de Merida a precios razonables.
The pieces that they exhibit and sell are of high quality, all handmade and of very good design. The place is very cute.
No one came to serve us in the 10 minutes we were there, also the prices seemed too high. We have bought original pieces from local artists in Merida's museum shops at reasonable prices.
