★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio al cliente. Le pedí 2 de rajas y cuando llegué a la casa me di cuenta que eran de pollo. Cómo somos vegetarianos no podemos comer eso y les llamé para comentarles y me dijeron que quien se equivocó fui yo y se negó a resolver el problema.
Además me dijo que si ya lo había abierto pero que si no lo había tocado lo podía regresar lo cual es antihigiénico y me hace dudar de que tengan buenas prácticas.
Lamento mucho tener que poner una mala reseña pero de verdad que me dejó un mal momento.
 Bad customer service. I asked him for 2 slices and when I got home I realized they were chicken. How we are vegetarians we cannot eat that and I called them to comment and they told me that I was the one who made a mistake and refused to solve the problem.
He also told me that if he had already opened it but that if he had not touched it he could return it which is unsanitary and makes me doubt that they have good practices.
I'm very sorry to have to post a bad review but it really gave me a bad time.

Que gente más cruel, cómo vas a comerte tu tamal así en seco sin salsita, bueno pues tu tamal de $24 + tu salsita de $12 ya tu tamal te salió en $36 lo mismo que comprarás 3 en otro lado y con salsita incluida y doble por qué te dan de la que pica y la que no pica.??♂️

Y su carota de enojado, teníamos dudas y sus respuestas ahí dice, lo normal , cosas así. Cuando ví el tamaño del tamal, muy muy grande le dije chispas es mucho y me.dijo ya salió el ticket no puedo cancelar y mensa yo acepte. Al llegar a casa, horribles los tamales, sin sabor, algunas medios crudos, etc y todavía te cobran aparte las salsa. Pague $750 en esa compra. Jamás volveré.
