Nunca me hablaron, yo tuve que estar marcando varias veces para estar al pendiente de como estaba el trabajo y de los detalles que salieron, y cuando hablaba me trasferian a otra linea y me colgaban, respecto al trabajo realizado no me quejo es por eso que voy en ese taller cuando es algo que requiere mejor maquinaria y herramientas, pero para la próxima vez que requiera un trabajo especializado tendre que pensarlo mejor si regreso ahi
It is the second time that I take my car, and this time the customer service leaves much to be desired
They never spoke to me, I had to dial several times to be aware of how the work was going and the details that came out, and when I spoke they transferred me to another line and hung up on me, regarding the work done I don't complain that's why I go to that workshop when it is something that requires better machinery and tools, but the next time I require a specialized job, I will have to think twice if I go back there
