You will not find this place under the name of Trintizia, look for it as CENOTE CARACOL. Truly for me the best cenote in the Riviera. For those seeking adventure and diving this is the right place. First you go to a cave or cave of 300 meters. over a wooden bridge and you can see stalagmites and water holes. Then they take you to the cenote that is underground. They have it lit up and take you on a swimming path past just below the stalactites. You have to dive sometimes to be able to pass as the water rises in times of rain. If you look under the water there are very deep caverns that take you to others nearby but you need diving equipment. I recommend you arrive on your own as it is very expensive on tour. You only pay $ 250 pp and tip the guide (the guy told me to give him about $ 100 but I gave him $ 200 since I really liked him a lot, it is very different from the other cenotes in the area). To get there you have to enter through the dirt road that is before the Labna Ha cenotes, that is, where the Aventura Maya local is but I remember badly. There you go and about 10 or 15 minutes from the dirt road you will see a sign on the left side that says Caracol.

Cenote and extensive cave and underground river complex. Great for guided tours (with life vests and flashlights) or scuba groups. Access stairs are sturdy with non-skid tread plate and good hand rails. Walkways thru dry cenotes are showing their age but still sturdy.
