Al quererme hacer el cambio de pedido, el repartidor me entregaba la bolsa toda rota con evidencia de producto manipulado, que pone en duda la higiene del producto, cabe mencionar que yo devolví el pedido equivocado en las mismas condiciones que se me entrego y no acepte que me entregaran el producto manipulado. Me puse en contacto al mismo celular donde levante el pedido con "tamaleando", la mujer que me contesto muy grosera me indico que no me podía quedar con un pedido que no me corresponde, no tenía conocimiento que ya había devuelto el pedido equivocado, al informar que ya lo había devuelto el pedido equivocado y que no había aceptado su producto ya manipulado, me colgo y no contestaba mis llamadas. Se comunicaron posteriormente y me hicieron la devolución del anticipo que di. Les doy una estrella por el mal trato que me dieron, por no tener control de su logistica de envió, por el mal rato y la mala experiencia que me hicieron pasar. No se vale el trato que me dieron, nunca me negue a devolver un pedido que no correspondia y nunca me negue a pagar la diferencia que restaba por pagar, por el pedido que había solicitado. Entiendo que podamos tener errores, pero no se vale que quieran justificar el mal trato que me dieron, por el error del repartidor.
