★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia. Se le encargó un trabajo especial, no piden datos, número telefónico nada, se limitan a entregar una tarjeta simplemente. El día de la entrega sencillamente dijeron que no se consiguió el color del vinil y debido a no tener el número telefónico no se pudo avisar con tiempo. En fin de semana se acordó la entrega, ya sin nada que hacer y sin propuesta para arreglar el fallo nada más se lavaron las manos del asunto, cabe destacar que requeriamos tapizar unos colchones que se irian a otro estado el lunes, ya sin chance de poder acudir a otra tapicería por ser fin de semana... Malisima experiencia, cero profesionalismo. Ahora uno queda mal y a dar la cara por la incompetencia de otros.
Very bad experience. They were entrusted with a special job, they don't ask for data, nothing phone number, they just simply deliver a card. On the day of delivery they simply said that the color of the vinyl could not be obtained and due to not having the telephone number they could not be notified in time. On the weekend the delivery was agreed, with nothing to do and no proposal to fix the failure, they just washed their hands of the matter, it should be noted that we needed to reupholster some mattresses that would go to another state on Monday, with no chance of being able to go to another upholstery because it was the weekend... Terrible experience, zero professionalism. Now one looks bad and faces the incompetence of others.
