★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes, el día de hoy 17/04/2019 por el mediodía, acudí al tapioca ya de plaza las américas, en Cancún, para comprarme un tapioca, y el chico que me atendió de muy mala actitud, con una cara de pocos amigos y sin ganas de atender, pagué con tarjeta de débito, me pidió mi IFE y se la entregué y como se estaba tardando en dármela ya que estaba anotando unos datos en la computadora, le dije oye dame mi tarjeta que estás haciendo?! y el me dijo que estaba anotando datos para su sistema, lo que le dije que datos para que? Súper mal en ningún comercio anotan esos datos solo por comprar, Salvo cuando se hace algún trámite de un crédito pero para comprar un tapioca? Jaja por favor!!! Por más que busque no encontré un teléfono de algún área responsable para quejarme, lo que habla muy mal de este negocio, espero alguien de ahí vea este comentario y tome cartas en el asunto, por mí parte perdieron a una cliente frecuente.
 Good afternoon, today 17/04/2019 by noon, I went to tapioca and Plaza de las Americas, in Cancun, to buy a tapioca, and the boy who treated me with a very bad attitude, with a face of few friends and without wanting to attend, I paid with a debit card, he asked me for my IFE and I gave it to him and since it was taking me a while to give it to him as he was writing down some data in the computer, I said hey give me my card that you are doing ?! and he told me he was writing down data for his system, what did I tell him that data for? Super bad in any trade write down these data just to buy, Except when you do some formality of a loan but to buy a tapioca? Haha please! No matter how hard I look, I did not find a phone number from a responsible area to complain, which speaks very badly of this business, I hope someone from there will see this comment and take action on the matter, for me they lost a frequent client.

Yesterday I went to the Americas and it's ugly that they have lowered the quality of their product, the frozen apple was too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE this boba spot! My family and I were waiting to watch the new Kingsman movie in Cinépolis and decided to grab some drinks to cool off.
They have a small seating area to the right and bench seating directly in front of the boba stand.
Their menu is structured with picking liquid base 1st (tapioca or jelly already included!), flavor 2nd, and any extra toppings last. Only 1 size for all drinks.
We ordered smoothies: 2 mazapans (1 milk and 1 lactose free), 1 oreo milk, and 1 coconut milk all with tapioca. Deliciously made and great texture for the boba.
The other 1 star rating says a male was making her order. It was a LADY that made our boba yesterday and she was doing AMAZING. She was handling many orders very calmly and churning out drinks one by one in the correct order they were received. She was running the entire stand all by herself with the help of 2 very powerful blenders. Props to you girl!
Definitely highly this boba spot to everyone! You will not be disappointed :)
