Formalmente me confirmaron la reservación que hice para un traslado al aeropuerto, llegaron 20 min más tarde de lo acordado, tuve que hacerles llamadas en las cuales ya ni respondían porque al parecer se les olvidó mandar el servicio a tiempo. La unidad que llegó en malas condiciones en general. Y todavía se dan el lujo de comentar que si hay cancelaciones esta tendrá un costo. Espero nunca requerir un servicio de parte de este grupo nuevamente. Terrible service from this site.
