El número que tienen de contacto siempre suena ocupado, y el portal para facturación sin datos de atención inmediata.
En Uber facturo en segundos y dan respuesta inmediata, mientras que con este servicio debo esperar más de 24 horas y ni así contestan.
 In my experience, very good service from the driver, but terrible billing service.
The contact number they have always sounds busy, and the billing portal without immediate attention data.
In Uber I bill in seconds and they give an immediate response, while with this service I have to wait more than 24 hours and they don't even answer.

Excellent taxi service from Monterrey to the airport. You cannot pay online, you have to go through the booth to pay by card. The cars do not have GPS.
