En mi caso particular, se me rompió el display de mi teléfono (iPhone XR), acudí a tech house condesa, el tiempo de espera fue muy corto, me dieron un buen diagnóstico y la reparación fue muy rápida.
La atención fue de calidad y el personal muy amable.
Altamente Recomendado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lleves tu celular o equipo aquí, lleve un iPad y les pedí que me hicieran un diagnóstico por el cual cobran $200.00, mientras les deje mi iPad este encendió por que lo abrieron y pudieron acceder al punto de pedirme mis contraseñas para ingresar, el tema en esto es que cuando me escribieron para checar el costo de la reparación de la nada me pusieron que ya debía $1700 por el cambio de centro de carga, después de decirles que yo no había aceptado ninguna reparación me dijeron que si tenía la razón y que mi costo solo era de $200.
Nunca les dejes tu equipo, quédate ahí y vigila que no le quiten piezas por que yo estoy completamente segura que algo le hicieron a mi iPad pra que de nuevo no encendiera. Al final te hacen firmar un ticket en el que aceptas que tu equipo está en buenas condiciones cosa que OBVIAMENTE NO SABES por qué no sabes si le quitaron una pieza o

Never leave your equipment with them, stay there and make sure they don't remove parts because I'm completely sure that they did something to my iPad so that it wouldn't turn on again. NOT COMPLETE DISGUSTING OF SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO SE QUEDA CORTO. HAGAN EL FAVOR DE NUNCA IR A ESTA TIENDA. Les entregué mi equipo que no prendía, se tardaron muchos días en tan sólo revisarlo y me lo regresaron mal. Me cobraron 1,700 pesos por el reemplazo de dos piezas que nunca cambiaron, la bateria y el centro de carga, y sólo intentaron reparar la pieza para que prendiera y le quitaron microprocesadores y antenas al centro de carga. Me regresaron mi celular sin audio y la pila defectuosa. Y después de solicitar que se me diera el servicio adecuado, no me quisieron cumplir la garantía por revisar el celular después de que me lo entregaron MAL.
POOR SERVICE IS SHORT. PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. I gave them my equipment that did not turn on, it took many days to just check it and they returned it to me badly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away! They try to double charge the prices. SAMSUNG at their 01800 number said the cost of screen repair for an S8+ is 4441 pesos and Tech House wanted to charge 8000 pesos. They also lied to my face and to my wife on the phone. They demanded a password for the phone and then denied it on 2 separate occasions, when called out about it. Do Not Visit Here if You Value Your Data. Something shady is definitely happening here. Stay Far Far Away.

I went there with a broken screen without speaking Spanish and they directed me to an English speaker fast to sort my problem. I had to return it to fix the screen again and they updated the quality for no cost using the warrantee. Would definitely recommend !
