★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a cambiarle la pantalla que compre con ellos mismos y le dejaron un plastico adentro de la tarjeta, les dije que por fa se lo quitaran y lo cortaron con un cuter no me ayudaron a reparar el problema de mi equipo.
Hable con 2 personas para que me ayudaran al respecto, me dijeron que eso nunca les habia pasado y que por eso no era su problema del tecnico. Lo unico que queria era que arreglaran su error y nadie se hizo responsable. Fueron groseros y me cobraron por todo, no los recomiendo para nada. Cuiden sus equipos y definitivamente no los lleven ahi

I spoke with 2 people to help me about it, they told me that this had never happened to them and that is why it was not their technical problem. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala responsabilidad por parte de los que atienden el lugar, el pasado domingo fui y desde ahí estuvo mal la atención del chavo que atiende haciéndonos esperar al menos una hora y media para recibir nuestro aparato, nos comentó que para más tardar el día martes estaría el diagnóstico. Ya es viernes y fue hasta que insistimos nosotros que se nos dijo que recién la iban a checar en su laboratorio por la carga de trabajo que tenían, por lo que esto es un llamado de poca responsabilidad por parte de estas personas y aparte en su whats nunca se nos dio ni una disculpa.

Y no hay nadie en el Módulo y las puertas donde guardan los equipos abiertas, más de 2 horas sin personal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio altamente recomendable en la sucursal de Encuentro Fortuna. Me respondieron de inmediato y la pieza que necesitaba llegó en el tiempo prometido (dentro de 3 días hábiles). La comunicación es constante y te avisan de cada cosa. La reparación, una vez que tienes la pieza, es muy rápida (alrededor de una hora). Hacen un trabajo técnico excelente y son amables en todo momento. Me alegra mucho haber llegado a Tech House Fortuna porque antes de acudir aquí tuve una experiencia horrible con los de Fix It. ¡No vayan ahí!!! ¡Vengan a Tech House Encuentro Fortuna!!! ¡Todo es de 10!!!
Highly recommended service at the Encuentro Fortuna branch. They responded immediately and the part I needed arrived in the promised time (within 3 business days). Communication is constant and they notify you of everything. The repair, once you have the part, is very fast (around an hour). They do excellent technical work and are courteous at all times. I'm so glad I came to Tech House Fortuna because before I came here I had a horrible experience with the guys from Fix It. Don't go there!!! Come to Tech House Fortuna Meeting!!! Everything is 10!!!
