★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, yo hablé por dos lavadoras van y cobran por diagnosticar, al día siguiente según ellos las arreglan y me cobraron muy caro, pero como tienen mucha prisa no se esperan a que trabajen bien y las dejaron igual que estaban, hablé y contestan muy groseros yo solo quería que me solucionaran mi problema o me devolvieran mi dinero y se molestaron
No los recomiendo para nada
Terrible service, I spoke for two washing machines and they charge for diagnosing, the next day according to them they fix them and they charged me very expensive, but since they are in a great hurry they do not wait for them to work well and they left them as they were, I spoke and they answered very rude I just wanted them to fix my problem or give me my money back and they got upset
I do not recommend them at all

NO RESPETAN las políticas de las empresas de las cuales son proveedores de mantenimiento. @LGMéxico debe de replantear su contrato con esta empresa ya que sus trabajadores en especial las mujeres de contacto telefónico son poco cálidas y no son amables con el cliente
Terrible service, Sergio Alfaro apparently is the manager. They DO NOT RESPECT the policies of the companies of which they are maintenance providers. @ LGMéxico should rethink its contract with this company since its workers, especially the women in contact by telephone, are not very warm and are not kind to the client

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de garantía es pésimo, no tienen fecha de entrega y solo dan largas sin obtener respuesta por parte del supervisor. Evítenlos de ser posible.
The warranty service is lousy, they don't have a delivery date and they just drag on without getting a response from the supervisor. Avoid them if possible.
