★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No la recomiendo en absoluto. Llevamos mes y medio y es un lío. Supongo que les interesa más vender que rentar, por lo cual no se aplican a rentar mi departamento. Me dicen que el mercado inmobiliario está deprimido, que hay demasiada oferta y ponen solo pretextos. La verdad es que hay que andar tras ellos para que trabajen. La entrevista inicial en el departamento, in situ, para explicar los detalles del inmueble, jamás se ha llevado a cabo porque el agente es demasiado ocupado y nunca tiene tiempo. Hicimos cita y nunca llegó. Firmamos cuatro mes y estoy más que arrepentido, sobre todo porque piden exclusividad. Me he encontrado en sus oficinas con otros clientes no solo insatisfechos, sino furiosos. No los recomiendo en absoluto. Espero cambien mi opinión pronto, porque me urge rentar mi inmueble.
I don't recommend it at all. We've been a month and a half and it's a mess. I guess they are more interested in selling than renting, so they don't apply to rent my apartment. They tell me that the real estate market is depressed, that there is too much supply and they only put up excuses. The truth is that you have to go after them for them to work. The initial interview in the apartment, on site, to explain the details of the property, has never taken place because the agent is too busy and never has time. We made an appointment and it never came. We signed four months and I am more than sorry, especially because they ask for exclusivity. I have found other clients in their offices not only dissatisfied, but furious. I do not recommend them at all. I hope they change my opinion soon, because I urgently need to rent my property.
