Fantastic music at every wedding!

Incredible place, or should I say palace. Can’t wait to go back. Everything was perfect. From the service, food, grounds, beds, an all around perfect spot with views that are breathtaking. Seeing whales so close to shore was amazing. The staff and crew working were on it and took care of our every need. Sayulita is a short walk or cab ride away. Plenty of activities. AAA++++

The most incredible location and experience and I have ever had on vacation! I will absolutely come back for more. This applies to both Casa Ninamu and Casa O'te Miti, which I stayed at both. The Property: The grounds are magical! Birds, wildlife, palm trees in every direction. Situated above a mostly private soft sand beach, I swam every day in the cove. The vibes are so relaxing and peaceful, I left my 10 day stay feeling more at peace than I can ever recall. Ton's of space, soft grass, sand, pretty trees and amazing sunsets to wander around on the property. The House: The house is so well designed and kept. Fresh towels laid out by the staff daily, clean and fresh bedding when you want it, big and nice bathrooms, and thoughtful Polynesian design throughout the house. Open aired, palapa roofs, views of the ocean from all angles, surf themes throughout. Amazing colors in the house that change with the moods and sun of the day. I didn't want to leave. The Pool: Both pools were simply amazing. Fresh dips in the pools all day cooled me off and kept me relaxed. Sunsets by the pool in the evening to close the day with a beverage in my hand. Beach, Ocean, Pool, repeat. The Staff: I can't say enough about the hospitality of everybody I met on property. My bag didn't make it on the plane, and this team took over for me and called to get a delivery on the next plane, guided them up the hill at night time, and picked up the bag for me and put in my room. Above and beyond in every regard. I connected on What'sApp with the head of staff, and we chatted daily just for whatever we needed and to say good morning. The pool was cleaned mid week, the kitchen and rooms kept clean, and any questions on massages, food, dining, drinks, surfing expedition, fishing trip and golf cart was all handled by the staff. They are fully employed all the time so it felt like family. Location: Situated so close to Sayulita, but just far enough away to feel like a major escape, this place is located on the perfect beach and hillside for amazing sunsets and peace and quiet. Everyday I took the golf cart 5 minutes into town to eat or hang out, but was so happy to escape the hustle of downtown Sayulita in the evening back the magical paradise. Safety: A private gate, staff and dogs on site, I never once felt the need to lock my room. However the option was there if I needed. Conclusion: I thought I wanted to be downtown when I booked this and was nervous, but the place relaxed me to my core and I couldn't have been happier, so much that I extended my stay a few days. If you were to host an event, this place would be perfect. I will plan to make this a yearly trip now. Thank you Casa O'te Miti and Casa Ninamu!

We had our wedding here in January 2020. What you see is what you get, AND MUCH MORE! This place looks amazing online and the experience in person is even more incredible than that. Seriously. It’s a powerful experience when you first step onto the grounds and your guests will be blown away. We had multiple people comment on how it was the nicest wedding venue they’d even been to and we couldn’t agree more. We held a cocktail hour up at the house, our ceremony in the palm tree grove, dinner on the beach, and then dancing back in the grove. That set up worked perfectly. Of course, the crashing waves and world-class sunset were a huge bonus! If you can make it happen, Tetiare will bring your dream wedding to life. Thanks for making our day so special!

I just had the extreme pleasure of staying at this property and I've already booked my next trip! The accommodations are great as you can see from the photos and the staff is excellent. The food was exceptional. In these times if you need a reset and some time to just enjoy paradise there is no better place!

Magic, pure magic. Teitiare estates is a truly magical place, it is unlike anywhere in the entire world. There is honestly a different energy at Teitiare and it is tanglible from the second you walk in and see the miles of ocean and the beautifully designed architecture. We booked Teitiare for our wedding venue and as accommodations for wedding night 2 years prior (COVID threw a wrench in our plans) before the wedding actually took place. So for 2 years we dreamed about the day we would be back at the estates and when it finally came it was better than even our wildest dreams. Truly you will not stay or see anything like this anywhere, for the beauty alone I recommend Teitiare. But, if that doesn’t do it for you just know how accommodating Johann (the owner) and his staff are. The day of the wedding they had delicious fresh made snacks and light bites as well as coffee and refreshments for all my girls and I all day long. They then cleaned the room we would be staying in wedding night immaculately. They are receptive to any requests and go above and beyond to make your stay exactly what you want it to be. I recommend Teitiare to stay (for a month if you can! It is a perfect peaceful reset) but I 10000000% recommend it as a wedding venue – the compliments and “awe” I received from my guests about the property and location are never ending. You will not regret having your event here I promise you! Thank you to Johann and his staff for making our wedding venue dreams come true and for being so kind and accommodating.

We had the opportunity to stay in October 2020. We read everything that was available and reviewed all the pictures and videos in advance. But upon arrival, walking down the stairs towards the pool area for the first time, seeing the beautiful view and having the ocean breezes in your face...what a priceless experience! Teitiare is such a unique experience. The entire estate just fits into the natural setting so well. The amenities, staff, food and the rooms were all 5 star. If you are looking for the ultimate location for your wedding, family gathering or escape with good friends this should be at the top of your list. We can't wait for our next opportunity to visit!

We recently got married on this beautiful property and I do not have enough nice things to say about this incredible venue! Johann was so wonderful to work with and he accommodated all of our requests. The property is beautifully manicured and has such stunning views. The rooms and suites were clean, updated and perfect for our wedding. I highly recommend this incredible place and can't imagine having hosted our wedding anywhere else!
