★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida por un señor que se llama Roberto Acosta, el trato fue muy malo, nos trato a mi mamá y a mi con desprecio. Iba con la intención de comprar tres celulares , en todo momento cuestionó si tenía el poder adquisitivo para comprarlos, para mí fue un acto de discriminación, de mala gana quizo revisar mi estatus, cuando se dió cuenta que puedo sacar varias cuentas con Telcel, comenzó a tratarnos diferentes, pero yo ya había tomado mi desicion, decidí comprar mis teléfonos en otra tienda, en una dónde no discriminen a mis padres y a mi. Fui con ellos para ayudarlos puesto que temas de tecnología se les complica, y creo que reacciones como las del ejecutivo pronuncian más a los adultos mayores a no querer ir a comprar un teléfono, te tratan como si fueras un tonto. No lo recomiendo, y que bueno que fue ayudar a mis papás, por lo menos no deje que se pasará de listo. Este señor da un muy mal trato.

I went with them to help them since technology issues are complicated for them, and I think that reactions such as those of the executive pronounce more to older adults not wanting to go to buy a phone, they treat you as if you were a fool. I don't recommend it, and how good it was to help my parents, at least don't let it get too smart. This man gives a very bad treatment.
