★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima sucursal. El día de ayer fui víctima de la delincuencia, perdí mi cartera mi carro y mi teléfono entre otras cosas. Acudir el día de hoy y la supervisora del centro, Llamada Alejandra González junto con el asesor Luis Flores, me dieron el trato más déspota e insensible posible. Ella incluso me dijo que no podía hacer nada por mí rompió el formulario que llene frente a mí como un acto de autoridad me dio la espalda y me dejó hablando solo. Terrible experiencia, no es un centro de atención, es un centro de mala atención.
Lousy branch. Yesterday I was a victim of crime, I lost my wallet, my car and my phone among other things. Going today and the supervisor of the center, called Alejandra González together with the adviser Luis Flores, gave me the most despotic and insensitive treatment possible. She even told me that she couldn't do anything for me she tore up the form I filled out in front of me as an act of authority she turned her back on me and left me talking to myself. Terrible experience, it's not a spotlight, it's a spotlight.

Lo único malo es el aire acondicionado, no sirve y hace mucho calor.
It is an average Telcel CaC, personalized and friendly attention, a clean place and still using pandemic protocols.
The only bad thing is the air conditioning, it doesn't work and it's very hot.

This particular service center is not a crowded ad others and usually gets units of all new equipment (smartphones) very early after announced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality of service, specially in these time of crisis, in which they don't even have their system working properly, so no transaction can be made there, other than paying for your phone... WHICH CAN ALREADY BE MADE ONLINE!! Additionally, the personnel there (as few as they are, due to the pandemic), treat customers like garbage. So, all in all, don't even bother on going to this lame and pathetic Telcel branch.
