Que por qué del modelo que compre, las 4 veces que fui nunca lo tenían. Terrible service, I bought a cell phone, I failed and when I asked for the warranty they changed me for another older model, more expensive and I still had to pay the difference. Why the model I bought, the 4 times I went they never had it.

La hora de cierre es a las 7 PM y ya no nos quisieron dar turno a pesar de que la sucursal estaba sola y la mayor parte de los ejecutivos sin hacer nada. Preguntamos a qué hora dejaban de dar turnos y la señorita nos dijo que como a las 6:20... Para qué publican un horario que no cumplen?? Pésima actitud de servicio. We arrived at 6:43 PM. The closing time is at 7 PM and they no longer wanted to give us a turn even though the branch was alone and most of the executives did nothing. We asked what time they stopped giving shifts and the lady told us that around 6:20 ... Why do they publish a schedule that they do not meet? Terrible service attitude.

Lo buenos es que puedes cambiar de asesor si tienes prisa para acelerar el proceso de algún trámite. Good attention when the system does not fail the advisers, when it fails it is slow.
