★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que me recibió fue muy poco atenta a mis necesidades como persona discapacitada, ya que no permitió que pasará acompañada. Una servidora realizaría la aclaración y mi acompañante el pago.
Finalmente, cómo se le antojó a esta persona y hablandonos en tono descortes y fuerte nos dejó terminar con el trámite.

It is a pity that the service is still so poor and hope they can improve on it asap. This must be my worst experience of service in the whole of Mexico. Telcel has great network service but in store experience still needs a lot of training and time.
