★ ★ ★ ★ ★ por x razón no se paga a tiempo el servicio ok lo cortan, pero cuando uno ya lo paga deberían de re-conectarlo al momento del pago, no después de 48 hrs.
 for x reason the service is not paid on time ok they cut it off, but when one already pays it they should reconnect it at the time of payment, not after 48 hrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO DE LOS TIPOS Y TIPAS QUE ATIENDEN EL TELÉFONO, NO ASIMILAN QUE gracias a uno tragan, haces el reporte y te dicen que hasta los 2 días acudirá el técnico así te vayas a PROFECO o dónde quieras, QUE NO BONIFICAN LOS DÍAS QUE NO HUBO SERVICIO ASÍ HAYAS PAGADO ANTICIPADO, son tan mente cerrada que no consideran que uno trabaja y estudia a través de internet, será porque ni la secundaria tienen los mediocres.

Hoy 8 de marzo me vinieron a instalar el nuevo servicio y NO HAY SEÑAL Y NO HAY A DONDE REPORTARLO.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy satisfecho con el servicio, buena atención y un precio competitivo, mejor aún ahora que se puede pagar en cajero automático. Solo una vez tuve problemas con la señal pero fue porque se dañó el cable de fibra óptica por el clima y lo arreglaron rápidamente.
