Espero sus superiores tomen cartas en el asunto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente es un asco, de ambos hombre y mujer, si no son aptos para este tipo de trabajo... ¡¡¡Renuncien!!! Cómo clientes no tenemos que aguantar su frustración.
Espero y sus superiores hagan algo o acaso serán igual? Porque ya han hecho comentarios del pésimo servicio y esto continúa.
Customer service sucks, both male and female, if you are not fit for this type of job ... Quit !!! As clients we don't have to put up with their frustration.
I hope and their superiors do something or will they be the same? Because they have already made comments about the lousy service and this continues.
