J	Jennifer Sotomayor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for a part time job. Customer care service, so expect to be always connected to a phone, the cafeteria is good. Strict times and working hours. You will get fed up after a while. They always look for english speakers and some times only spanish.

The HR managers can't handle the work load, and they always promise a follow up which NEVER happens. This is something ANYONE who has worked there can say, the only reason why they are still in business is bc of the opportunity to study while working, otherwise they would be closed down!

You can't expect much from a call center, your schedule will be strict and if you want to hit the bonus, you better follow it. They won't let you waste time on meals and they are ALWAYS counting the minutes you waste. The work environment depends on your campaign, also your schedule and shift. You don't choose the campaign. Unfortunately, its true that they speak lies about your campaign when you get hired. And its also true that they hire ANYONE. The common areas are nice, the work areas not so much. Lots of staff turnover, people can't stand the job under pressure. Finally its a job that will give you money, as long as you work.

Solo que I'm not happy because hr make me pay 1500 pesos for a monitor they told me I broke and wasn't true I have proofs for the first time I receive it and was broken... I really love the call center, campaigns, trainers and Managers but HR never help me out with anything I give 5 ? ? ? ? ? but 1 to HR ??... ?
J	Jose Lopez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave a few negative stars I'll do so very poor leadership no human nor people skills to show at least a slight since of humanity if you are going through a thought situation outside work they allways have issue with the payroll and they never do any follow ups on any of the request you may have withing the company lots of cases out there that havent been address propertly I will also love to advise anybody that trys to think of getting in the company to think twice before making the worst decision and become another number added in the list of bad work places in regards money and they have no consideration on anything that goes on in their employees lifes outside work.
