The service is slow and never courteous. The internet service is very slow and they seldom help in fixing issues.

I was really unsatisfied with the service and I went to cancel it, extremly low and bad internet, I had faster mobile internet than Telmex cable internet and the worse thing is that many times it didnt work at all, and to get the service person is also horror story! I would suggest you - go for other company, this is a big waste!

Pay your bill at one of the kiosks just inside the office to the right. All the instructions on the kiosk are en Espanol, but it starts with entering your service phone number and is fairly intuitive from there... unless you are like me and try to pay a little early (the kiosk won't allow it, you have to go inside to pay early.) If you need to pay your bill inside, stand in the line on the right. If you get in the left line (for other services) you'll be redirected to (the back of) the line on the right.

Ok it took me 3 times for them to tell me we did have fiber óptic my street which I already knew but they didn’t want to send a technician out to upgrade my internet. It is sad their customer service is terrible. At least to pay is fast.

I actually went in to transfer my service to Cancun to my new condo. The associate that helped me was very kind and help me through the process

Had to go back to Telmex today as our modem died! We had fantastic service again, in and out with a new modem in under ten minutes. For any non Spanish speaking Gringos out there, there is a lovely lady working there who speaks perfect English and is incredibly helpful. She wears bright makeup and has amazing nails and is lovely! Went to change the account into our name and took reams of paperwork but still didn't quite have enough!!! However there were no queues and both times were seen by the same lovely helpful lady. So overall a good experience

This has to be the worst service ever. They are a monopoly and do not care. If there was any other service We would get it in a heartbeat. We lose internet service call in and are told so many lies we have lost count. We had Verizon in the U S and in twenty years we can not ever losing internet service. If we could give a rating of minus five we would. Thank goodness for our Verizon cell phones.

Walked in got assistance immediately and were fortunate to get a lady who spoke excellent English ?? She gave us excellent customer service!!!
