Acudí a la sucursal a hacer una aclaración porque el cajero no reconoció mi pago y la respuesta que obtuve de la gerente fueron agresiones verbales ademas de pedir al oficial y policía municipal de Tepotzotlan que me sacaran por la fuerza de la sucursal, su comportamiento fue totalmente descortés y agresivo. Soy una clienta de más de 30 años y no es justo el trato que recibí de parte de la Gerente en turno.

I went to the branch to make a clarification because the cashier did not recognize my payment and the response I got from the manager were verbal attacks in addition to asking the official and municipal police of Tepotzotlan to forcibly remove me from the branch, their behavior was totally rude and aggressive. I am a client of more than 30 years and the treatment I received from the Manager on duty is not fair.
