El gerente es un prepotente que no sabe tratar a los clientes, es un grosero e inepto, tengo más de un año tratando de aclarar un contrato y no ha podido resolverlo. No le importa si el cliente es mujer y mucho menos que este embarazada me dijo que no le importaba gritarme o faltarme al respeto.
 Terrible customer service. The manager is a arrogant who does not know how to treat clients, he is rude and inept, I have more than a year trying to clarify a contract and he has not been able to solve it. He does not care if the client is a woman and much less that this pregnant woman told me that he did not mind shouting or disrespecting me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar y los ejecutivos muy bien pero los servicios no son los ofrecidos muy mal , no respetan acuerdos y su fibra óptica no jala malo su internet, tengo una desagradable experiencia. Lastima.perdere dinero y tiempo y puros corajes. Que van a corregir y nada ,mejor me saldré aún que pierda más.
