Banco y que yo tenia que ir a arreglar con mi banco y ellos jamas me regresaron el dinero que supuestamente no cobraron, ademas el dia de hoy como todos saben muchas personas estamos trabajando via remota y no es posible que el dia de hoy no tenga internet llamas al sevicio al cliente y te dicen ya esta dada de alta la queja y pides el numero de repirte y no te lo dan porque supuestamente tienen en mantenimiento el sistema!!! El nivel de servicio es pésimo. 2 months ago you had charged me too much because the system had not recognized the charge from me. Bank and that I had to go to arrange with my bank and they never returned the money that they supposedly did not charge, also today as everyone knows many people are working remotely and it is not possible that today they do not have internet You call the customer service and they tell you that the complaint is already registered and you ask for the number to repeat and they do not give it to you because they supposedly have maintenance on the system !!! The level of service is appalling.
