★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tuve que quitar mi servicio por falta por falta de empleo, lo quise reactivar y tardaron un mes en envía un tipo que no supo como reactivarlo, mande mi mamá a cancelar esa reactivacion porque yo ya estaba trabajando y una tipa que trabaja allí llamada Rafaela no quizo cancelar esa order... Tuve que ir yo en mi comida y otra amable señorita nisiquiera pidió mi nombre y lo cancelo de inmediato, le agradecí pero con telmex no vuelvo

I had to go with my food and another kind lady did not even ask for my name and I canceled it immediately, I thanked her but with telmex I will not return

Cabe aclarar que para ello contraté servicio con otra compañía e hice la portabilidad del número, de esa manera Telmex hizo la cancelación automática y ya solo me resto obtener el folio de cancelación por teléfono y llevar el modem.
