★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio,la atención por parte de mi ejecutiva fue excelente, y me pude percatar de como trataron a los clientes , de verdad muy sorprendido porque fueron muy atentos,asesoraban en todo y daban ayuda adicional y todos desde el oficial de la entrada hasta la salida fue un excelente servicio
Cabe mencionar que no he acudido muchas veces pero en esta ocasión muy bien

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es nefasto ,no te apoyan en ningún canal y aunque vengas a sus oficinas parece que hablas con la pared cuando son situaciones que dependen de ellos ,solo te piden un número de folio y si no lo tienes no te resuelven,por cuestiones de mi trabajo,no podía venir y diario era mandar msj por el chat,Facebook, o teléfono,o en el portal y aún así nadie cancelaba mi servicio estoy súper arrepentida de haber contratado

Pero deberían tener al interior de su tienda, en su estacionamiento un lugar para dejar las bicicletas aseguradas. Dejar la bicicleta afuera de la tienda, sobre la banqueta y atada al poste o árbol no da mucha confianza. Hay mucho amante de lo ajeno que se las ingenia para romper los candados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio llevo casi 15 días sin línea ni internet, sin adeudos y no me pueden resolver me piden que mande mi cel a twitter, ya les escribí, ya hice más de 40 llamadas donde me han colgado donde me han traído que en 24 horas, que en 48 horas, me han dicho que es de la central, que no que tiene que ir un técnico y total que no saben cuál es el problema estoy fastidiada, nadie se hace responsable ni atiende mi caso, he tenido que comprar internet porque mi trabajo depende de él quien me va a remunera lo que he gastado? Y también me dijeron que no puedo cancelar hasta que quede resuelto para están violando mis derechos de cancelar y de tener el servicio, qué onda PROFECO has algo.

El personal de ayuda, practicamente evade su trabajo para jamás atender tu tema y el gerente de lo más nefasto que hay en empresas de Telefonia. Que bueno y me alegro que esta entrando la competencia para que esta empresa deje de tener el monopolio. No tendría problema si por lo menos ayudaran en lugar de ponerte trabas. ASCO DE EMPRESA! ASCO DE SERVICIO!
THEY ARE THE WORST!
The help staff practically evades their work to never attend to your issue and the manager of the most nefarious thing that there is in Telephony companies.
