★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque no hay organización don groseros desporñtaa desde el policía que cuida la entrada no hay quien organizar las filas y si les preguntas te dicen con señas que leas el papel y aparte te tienen al interperie no importa si hay sol lluvia o frío y las filas tardan asta 3 horas formados

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para dudas y aclaraciones con respecto al recibo todo es por teléfono, tarde hora y media para que me pudieran hacer el ajuste a mi recibo, aparte había mucha gente y en vez de que te pasen para esperar te tienen en pleno sol.
La verdad pésimo servicio.
For doubts and clarifications regarding the receipt, everything is by phone, it took me an hour and a half so that they could make the adjustment to my receipt, apart from that there were many people and instead of them passing you to wait they have you in full sun.
Really lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telmex is not a trustworthy company. In some places they have a good service, but in other places they have a terrible service.
It chat service they offer is not worth it. They hardly can solve a problem. If you need only information, they can assist you, otherwise, don't waste your time chatting with them.
In my opinion, Telmex is a not good company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, I actually went on the internet just to check if the company still owned by the Slims, and yes, this is a multi-million dollars company, headquarters are in México City. Well, the one location I'll be talking about is in Texcoco, E.M., roughly an hour away, due to te pandemic, there's not enough space inside the little building, ok time to upgrade the building, so, some one came up with the idea to attend the customers outside as well, ok is understandable, but, since all the cashier's an people helping you with the payments, complain, etc.are inside, poor custumers had to wait outside under the sun, they set up some tents, but they're not enough, and on top of that, there is only one person outside, guess who that is? Security guard, which he's doing the best he can, but, we need someone from the company, making sure the people is in the wright line to be helped, Unbelievable!!!
