★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently moved to Mérida as an expatriate from the US and am novice in Spanish. I was having an issue signing up for Infinitum on the Telmex website, and the customer service agent I spoke with directed me to Mérida's Telmex Customer Service Center. I went to the Center and didn't have to wait before being sent right to a representative. Although my Spanish skills are almost non-existent, the staff were very helpful in getting me signed up and scheduling the installation at my apartment. The installation was expected to be sometime between a week and ten days after I initially got signed up, and in less than two days two technicians came and installed everything.
