Yo pague en efectivo sin problema alguno y sin hacer fila un Sabado a las 14:00 horas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18 de Enero 2022 me quitan el servicio, estamos a 22 y es hora que no me lo restablecen, llamar a telmex son jornadas de mas de 1 hra, aún así lo he tenido que hacer y sin resultados, todo por una falla técnica, contraten más personal... al fin que cobran bastante bien, ahhh y les encanta pedir disculpas, yo lo que requiero es el servicio, las disculpas no me solucionan el trabajo que tengo retrasado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en oficinas está bien, generalmente atienden rápido por la mañana. Los cajeros automáticos muchas veces están fuera de servicio, sobretodo los fines de semana por la noche. Considero que deberían poner más atención a esto, además de que suelen no tener cambio mayor a $100 lo cual a veces es molesto y complicado. La falta de estacionamiento también es un problema en el horario de cierre pues la puerta de acceso al estacionamiento está cerrada.

I think they should pay more attention to this, in addition to the fact that they usually do not have change for more than $100, which is sometimes annoying and complicated.
