False advertisement!! Got told that our package was 2 hour long and it was only 30minutes, the girls were annoyed by something and wanted to make it quick... there is no privacy in the massage, a lot of noise didn’t relax at all, the towels that they placed in my face smelled rotten.. told the lady in charge how unhappy we were with the service and she made excuses and did nothing

My wife said this was the highlight of our visit to the beaches of Huatulco. The temazcal was such a unique experience and I'm not sure that I've ever sweat that much in my life, but it was so neat. Come ready to sweat! Then we moved to the aromatherapy and musictherapy. Both were relaxing and I enjoyed (what I assume was) Mayan indigenous music. After the exfoliation and 90-minute massage (which was high quality!) we were all super relaxed and glad we shared this experience. No complaints at all!

False advertising! We literally only got 10 min of massage which was not even worth it, the girls who gave us our “spa” seemed like they just wanted to quickly finish and had no experience with massages. You don’t even get to relax since you are constantly hearing the car traffic. PLEASE BE WARNED, there is a CAMERA near the showers!

Worth getting the additional time for the full body massage

I feel my service rushed and you can listen to the other persons arriving or leaving and the personal giving indications to others making it hard to really relax and unwind yourself.

My review will be similar to others. The place is overpriced, not clean, privacy is not well protected, the massage rooms are hot, the towels are not soft and are very uncomfortable, the massage therapist used very little strength so it was more of a surface massage instead of getting into the muscles. The little towel I was given was far too small to cover me. It is true that they take the oil off of your skin with paper towels at the end. As soon as I arrived a man came out and tried to sell me something different than what I reserved. If I did not understand Spanish I probably would have said yes but I could understand what he was showing me so I corrected him. I had to ask for a glass of water at the end. On a positive note they do accept a credit card and they do offer a taxi and I believe they will come pick you up. However they need to work on so many other things that are important for spas that I will not return and cannot recommend this place.

My sister and I had a wonderful, relaxing experience here. First there was a steam bath with herbs in a traditional hut, then relaxing live music and aromatherapy, then the traditional mud applied and washed off. Skin never felt better! We opted for 30 min messages and wish we did even longer! Super relaxing and wonderful people working there. The massage therapists were professional and fantastic! My sister said the best she’s ever had and she has had many! we highly recommend, best place in town, well worth it! Es un buene lugare con simpatico gente!
