★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar de la fundación de Tequisquiapan, templo sencillo pero bonito llamado Santa María Magdalena, cuya fiesta es el 22 de Julio. Tiene el mismo mezquital dónde se celebró Misa por primera vez.
Place of the foundation of Tequisquiapan, simple but beautiful temple called Santa María Magdalena, whose feast is on July 22. It has the same mosque where Mass was celebrated for the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No toda la gente que visita tequisquiapan lo sabe pero aqui fue donde se fundo el pueblo a mediados de 1500's . Conocer la historia del lugar que uno visita siempre enriquece mas los viajes. La capilla se ve ya sus años pero es muy bonita y junto al arbol esta la placa de la fundacion. Vayan!
Not all the people who visit Tequisquiapan know it, but this is where the town was founded in the mid 1500's. Knowing the history of the place that one visits always enriches the trips more. The chapel looks its years but it is very pretty and next to the tree is the plaque of the foundation. Go!
