★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEY STOLE MY MONEY EVEN IN FRONT OF THE POLICE. I stayed 9 hours at their “$15/hr” rate for a total of $135 BUT they asked me for $200, I pulled a $200 bill and the guy took it from me before I left. Then I went to my car and realized that it was not right so I went to talk to the guy to correct the mistake but the guy was stubborn telling me that nothing could be done. I had a date-stamped ticket showing the time I arrived but they refused to give me my money. I called the police but the police insisted that it was my fault for not checking how much money I gave the guy. They are a fraud.
Update: It's been weeks since this incident, they are the worst. You pay them with a large bill and they keep the change just because they can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the perfect parking garage for our Airbnb, which was right on the busy 5th Avenue. The pricing is very reasonable, 15 pesos per hour or 200 pesos per 24 hours. We left our rental car there for two days while we explored Playa Del Carmen and Cozumel.
