★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en la paloma de la paz es un reverendo asco. El cobrador NUNCA tiene cambio, ni de un billete de 50 pesos. Se que a la empresa le importa poco el servicio y la satisfacción del cliente y aprovechan que es el único servicio en la ruta. Si leen el comentario los directivos o no, me vale, pero los usuarios deben estar atentos. Además, los choferes dejan subir a los vendedores ambulantes al autobus, y hasta se llevan su lana los choferes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy importante que la empresa apoye en el respeto de asignación de asientos, normalmente los usuarios toman el asiento que se les antoja cuando en el boleto viene asignado el número, y el personal dice LA NUMERACIÓN NO VALE, entonces para que saquen los boletos con número de siento??
No así en el Casino de la Selva, dónde siempre se respeta el asiento asignado y el personal apoya para que si sea.
