★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primera vez que acudía a la sucursal de Caucel por recomendación. Pésima atención por parte de la vendedora. De muy mal modo respondió a lo preguntado referente al postre. Sinceramente no vuelvo, ni recomiendo. Deberían de tener en cuenta la atención por parte de sus empleados hacia los clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención, los pasteles, panques y demás pastelería que ahí se vende no es necesario decir que son de buena calidad y para una gran variedad de gustos. El único problema es que no siempre tienen toda la variedad, en especial los de temporada, pero hay muchas sucursales en Mérida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace casi un año que había dejado de comprar en la sucursal de caucel por el pésimo trato de las vendedoras prefería llegar a la suc de juan pablo o en la fidel Velázquez en el Oriente.
Hoy tuve que comprar de nuevo en la de caucel y confirmo, es la peor sucursal de todo Merida no se como pueden tener gente tan grosera atendiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un excelente lugar, es de las mejores reposterías de Mérida Yucatán, el pastel de tres leches está riquísimo y sobre todo las hojaldras de jamón y queso, sin duda alguna un buen lugar para adquirir ese postre que tanto buscas.
