★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve dos veces en sep. y otras dos en dic. de 2017. Las cuatro veces el servicio ha sido bueno, la sala de espera limpia, las personas que venden los boletos atienden bien. Solo en un viaje en Oro de puebla a huajuapan, el acondicionado no servía muy bien y el baño del autobús estaba sucio, fuera de eso, todo muy bien.
I was there twice in Sep. and two others in Dec. from 2017. All four times the service has been good, the waiting room is clean, the people who sell the tickets attend well. Only on a trip in Oro from Puebla to Huajuapan, the conditioning did not work very well and the bathroom of the bus was dirty, apart from that, everything was fine.
