Se nota que las meseras están mal pagadas y explotadas, las regañan por todo y por nada enfrente de la gente, es la sucursal con el peor servicio de que he visitado, normalmente me gusta mucho la Chapultepec, pero en Playa del Carmen me decepcioné.
La comida está mala, cosa rara por que generalmente las botanas son muy buenas, por ejemplo en la marina de Vallarta o en Torreón o Guadalajara.
Yo cambiaría a gerentas y gerentes o de plano les quitaría la franquicia, pues queman a la marca con la clientela nacional e internacional.
