F	Frank Bautista on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan la fila de los camiones cuando van llegando meten a otros de los que llegan a lo último mi cruce era a las 11:30 y me dejaron hasta las 15:00cosa que brincan a los que llegan a lo último no tienen un control por parte del personal de patio como el capitán que va acomodando les falta control de la fila vehicular ojo. R	Roxanna García on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente nos tocó el.peor servicio en isla mujeres con el ferry ultracarga , El capitán del cual desconozco su nombre pero lo averiguaré,grosero e incumplido con el horario de salida y todo por llenar el barco hasta el tope30 minutos después del horario que marcan , porque ellos si pueden jugar con nuestro tiempo ,si las 3:30 dice su horario a esa hora debemos zarpar,,a parte de que cambian de horario como de calzones ,hoy en particular pedimos un favor y saben que hicieron .... Nada traigo un enfermo programado para cirugía a las 4:15 hablé con él doctor por el cambio de horario y pues hasta allá todo bien ,pedimos de favor nos pusieran adelante y no perder tiempo para llegar a nuestra cita y nos pusieron hasta atrás y con 30 minutos de retraso en la salida , minutos valiosos para nosotros ,pero no para esta empresa que al parecer solo les interesa el llenar su barco y sus bolsillos ,que lastima que no haya un poco de humanidad Unfortunately we had the worst service on Isla Mujeres with the ultracargo ferry, the captain whose name I do not know but I will find out, rude and non-compliant with the departure time and all for filling the boat to the top 30 minutes after the time they set, because they can play with our time, if 3:30 says their schedule at that time we must set sail, apart from the fact that they change schedules like underwear, today in particular we ask for a favor and they know what they did.... R	R L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo que a mí respecta todo bien, las veces que he usado dicho servicio siempre sin problemas, me atienden super bien, le doy 4 estrellas porque en una ocasión me caí de las escaleras jajaja no tenía antiderrapante la escalera ni mis zapatos y azotó la res jajaja ni modos. As far as I am concerned, everything is fine, the times that I have used this service always without problems, they treat me very well, I give it 4 stars because on one occasion I fell from the stairs hahaha the stairs and my shoes were not anti-slip and it hit the res hahaha no way.
