★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad me parece que esa terminal se debería de ampliar De qué forma bueno los camiones que vienen de fuera foráneos llámese Puebla que vienen hacia casa terminal deberían de parar dentro de la terminal porque los camiones los autobuses solamente te dejan A orilla de carretera te dejan A orilla de la avenida Ignacio Zaragoza y es muy peligroso que te dejen de en esos lugares deberían de entrar y hacer base también ahí para que la gente que traiga cosas de sus estados y tenga que bajar aquí en la terminal Texcoco pueda bajar tranquilamente sin el peligro de ser asaltado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo parada pronta si no quieres ir hasta cdmx por el tráfico y vienes a alguna línea de autobuses del sur, es buena opción. Eso sí, no tomes taxis en el lugar. Caros y ya mas de una mala experiencia. La parada ya cuenta con policía en las mañanas pero aún así, la zona no es la más segura del mundo. Mi recomendación es llegando, pedir un Uber o usarla solo si viajas sin mucho equipaje para moverte pronto una vez llegues al lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es de lo peor, no anuncian las salidas hay q estar preguntando a una "señorita" a cada rato x la salida q siempre dice "aun no llega el autobús" sin revisar el boleto en mi caso el autobús partió sin q me diera cuenta y la "señorita" me dijo es problema tuyo xq yo tengo mucho trabajo y no puedo estar al pendiente de todo, si no es capaz de realizar su trabajo como debe de ser q se vaya y q de oportunidad a otra personas q lo hagan y la administración pésima nadie sabe dar razón de lo q se pregunta
