★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por lo general este tipo de lugares debe de haber una atención buena, pero el encargado de la mañana es déspota, grosero y realmente deja mucho que desear, por la tarde hay otros encargados muy amables, el servicio de transporte es bueno pero también es de notar q aunque esta de paso, no hay servicio de OCC, y es muy raro porque en otros lugares si hacen escala esos autobuses, por lo general solo se puede viajar en SUR servicio que se para mucho durante el trayecto, creo q por la importancia de Tlacolula ya debería haber una terminal de paso del servicio de primera clase, y no ir hasta Oaxaca a abordar la unidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El horario marca a las 7 am la apertura y al menos el día que viajé abrieron 7:40. El señor que me atendió fue muy amable, me dio sugerencias. No recuerdo su nombre. Fue en abril de este año 2019. Hay una sala de espera limpia.

En ventanilla se te solicita llegar media hora antes para nada, para esperar a los que no tienen consideración por el tiempo de los demás. Si vas viajas a cdmx, el autobús para otros 20-30minutos en las terminales de periférico Sur y Santa Rosa, por lo que el recorrido total aumenta 2horas más.
