★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tienda ofrece un pésimo servicio. Yo pedí un librero hace un año y es tiempo que aún no lo entregan, nadie se hace responsable y se la pasan justificando. En verdad por ese precio pueden comprar muebles de mejor calidad y servicio en otro lado. Mi experiencia realmente fue terrible y nunca les intereso si quiera ofrecer una disculpa. NO COMPREN AHI!!
 The store offers terrible service. I asked for a bookcase a year ago and it is time that they have not delivered it yet, nobody is responsible and they spend it justifying it. Really for that price you can buy better quality furniture and service elsewhere. My experience was truly terrible and they are never interested in even offering an apology. DO NOT BUY THERE !!

En mi caso fue una mala experiencia, la verdad es que me han brindado un pésimo servicio, después de muchos meses siguen sin venir a instalar mis muebles. Ahora entiendo porque te piden pagar todo antes de realizar tu pedido ya que su servicio de entregas es de muy mala calidad (siempre cambian la fecha) y su calidad también. Y como ya pagaste no se interesan en dar un buen servicio y cumplir con las fechas.
En mi experiencia no se los recomiendo.

And since you already paid, they are not interested in giving a good service and meeting the dates.
In my experience I do not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio a la hora de vender pero muy mal servicio posventa. Es una lástima que una marca de tanto prestigio con tan buena calidad de muebles no capacite a sus vendedoras para tratar bien a sus clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo!!! Cuando te venden te súper atienden pero te piden que pagues todo por adelantado y ya pagado no te pelan!! Ya es casi un año de que les di el dinero y siguen sin entregarme la sala! Son súper mentirosos y poco profesionales se las pasan dando pretextos de por que no te entregan y no quieren devolver el dinero!! Mejor ya me voy a ir a demandarlos ante la PROFECO
No compren con ellos!! Va a tener una muy mala experiencia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuestra experiencia fue muy mala muy lamentable, el dueño nos buscó mucho hasta que accedimos a la compra y después se desentendió, meses de retraso en la fecha de entrega y al final fueron muebles muy caros, con atención pésima, que aun hoy sigo reforzando con mi carpintero porque las las puertas se nos caen.
