1. Pagué una certificación y tardaron un mes en confirmarme el pago.
2. El día del examen, la profesora que lo aplicó no se escuchaba absolutamente nada de lo que decía y, además, me pusieron en un lugar alado de una ventana donde había mucho ruido exterior.
3. Tardaron 4 meses en informarme que mi certificación estaba lista para ser entregada, más del tiempo estimado según la página oficial de Cambridge.
4. Y por último, me dijeron que podía recoger mi certificado en una ventana de Lunes a Jueves de 8:00 a 13:00, solicité recogerlo en un horario diferente debido a mi trabajo y jamás respondieron.
Al final tuve que hacer una certificación diferente en otro lugar.
¡NO recomiendo realizar exámenes en esta institución!
Very bad experience.
1. I paid for a certification and it took a month for me to confirm the payment.
2. On the day of the exam, the teacher who gave it absolutely nothing of what she said was heard and, furthermore, they put me in a place next to a window where there was a lot of outside noise.
3. It took 4 months to inform me that my certification was ready to be delivered, more than the estimated time according to the official Cambridge website.
4. And finally, they told me that I could pick up my certificate at a window from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., I requested to pick it up at a different time due to my work and they never responded.
In the end I had to do a different certification elsewhere.
I DO NOT recommend taking exams at this institution!
