The Barber's Spa Coyoacan - 04010 Ciudad de México

It is an excellent place. I have frequented these barbershops for 5 years. Of all the ones I have gone to, this is undoubtedly the best. I've already frequented almost half. The worst is the one in the angel of independence but this is definitely the best. Good attention, they achieve what you want, they do not put buts in what you request. The price is really worth it. If I had to mention something bad it is that they did not offer me something to drink but I assume it is because of the pandemic.

I went with my partner to have his hair and beard cut, with clear instructions, in addition to showing him photographs so that there were no mistakes and they cut it too much, without options to improve what they had done, also when they cut his beard they did not they followed the instructions and twisted his sideburn leaving a horrible hole!!! Pablo was the barber who attended us and his work was unprofessional! In addition to the AWFUL service, because they don't even give you good morning! We called to get a solution and far from supporting us they agreed with the barber, lousy customer service. We will not return! Zero recommended! In addition to very expensive! It's practically throwing your money away! SAVE YOURSELF THE PENALTY AND DON'T GO!

DISAPPOINTING!!!: On Saturday, April 2, 2022, I went to the branch of Miguel Angel de Quevedo (Coyoacan) at 10 am... Since I entered, the lack of courtesy is present since neither good morning, followed by not even being offered a glass of water and I say pay for a haircut and beard trim service, all for 600 pesos and it's the least I could do, continuing with the situation I had I've been letting my hair grow for 6 years, so I went with my long hair, I showed Pablo the hairdresser, who is terrible at first, but really, and I emphasize terrible!!! I said, I showed him images of how I wanted the look to precisely avoid my explanation being ambiguous and so that there were no flaws, the point is he should not make a mistake since I repeat I showed him a couple of images, then with the hair he had he could maneuver, and even with all that I cut too much, and it was not what I asked for, you will already know the internal discomfort that it caused me, he continued with the beard and did not follow the instructions, so much so that it left a hole in my sideburns... It was terrible, He doesn't know his job, I really went through the Google comments but honestly he doesn't know!!!! I paid 600 pesos for something I didn't ask for, I left upset and after 5 minutes I had to go to another barbershop a few meters from there and for 250 pesos they fixed the cut, which Pablo did wrong, I'll have to let my hair grow so that it I did the look I wanted, unfortunately they left me wrong, I'm really being very honest and objective!!! I don't recommend the hairdresser or the branch... It really is just throwing money away and Pablo stressed, he doesn't know!!!
