Realmente el servicio o tecnología es muy bueno pero la atención pésima! Van varias veces que llego con cita y resulta que no me tienen agendada . Realmente el servicio es terrible en sucursal Paseo Querétaro. Tengo que constantemente hacer yo mis propias confirmaciones de Depilaciones y de mis 5 sesiones, las últimas dos he llegado a empleadas sorprendidas por que no sabían que tenía cita. Es molesto pagar todo un servicio por adelantado y recibir este tipo de atenciones, En especial por que es un lugar bonito y no barato. Ya les he hecho observaciones a dos personas de la sucursal y a otra que es la coordinadora, sin embargo no ha habido cambios, me da mucha pena tener que escribir en público pero de verdad es terrible pagar por un buen servicio y obtener lo contrario. Depilation do very well however, have lousy customer care. I have to constantly make my own confirmations of Waxing and of my 5 sessions, the last two have reached employees surprised because they did not know I had an appointment. NO CONSUMAN NINGUNO DE SUS PRODUCTOS, mañana mismo voy a PROFECO. NO VAYAN. DO NOT BE FOOLED, it is a THEFT.
