The Daddy Pizza - 77723 Playa del Carmen

My favorite pizzeria. Excellent quality. Although sometimes the receptionists are a bit forgetful. But since the tests don't forget that detail. ???????

Only that the attention is very bad, until the youngest skinny lady attended me, she has more tact with the client.

The pizza was very tasty but the soft drinks were overpriced, very excessive.

Very good quality and flavor of the pizzas, the service leaves much to be desired, it takes up to 2 hours for the product to arrive at home, you almost beg them to be answered by WhatsApp msgs and very rude delivery men. They should check that part.

I used to buy in this pizzeria but the last time the pizza they sent us was so disgusting, I think they used very poor quality or spoiled ingredients. I ordered a half pepperoni and half Hawaiian pizza and they sent me a pizza with all these scrambled ingredients and horrible cheese since they mixed everything up the truth I think the cook did it in bad taste, days later I spoke to the cashier who takes the orders for comment to him and without caring he just said ok "I'll check it" the net is the last time he bought from this pizzeria that is disgusting. Hopefully this doesn't happen to someone else and if it happens to them for that reason we write these comments so that the customer is left with whether they continue to consume him or not....they don't care about the customers they are only interested in selling, hopefully the owner sees these comments and you can do something about it since your employees will bankrupt your pizzeria...

The delivery service is lousy, they give you 40 minutes (it's always more) and for the pizza to arrive cold... That's if it arrives, because then they tell you that the delivery man has already arrived and left, and if you want it it will take a little longer for the delivery person to return, that is their technique to take longer than what they tell you, and they ask you for the number only through their "system" because even so, they don't talk to you either to let you know that they are already at your home

It's been several times since I've placed my order at 7 or 8 PM and at the end of the 40 minutes they tell you that your pizza will be there, an hour goes by and I already asked one time they brought it to me cold another they didn't put my order in as soon as it was supposed to They took my order at my home waiting and I never arrived. I asked and they told me that the delivery man had already left with my pizza. He never arrived. I asked again and that my order was not entered. Today just today I made an order and I even told them that please confirm my order and just after taking my order they didn't answer me anymore and 1 hour later I asked if they would send me my pizza or not and the fucking lazy didn't even answer me they served Really terrible service and the pizza x very good that the service is already leaves much to be desired. If they're not giving it to me, they won't even complain because they always gave. Good tip but they don't even appreciate that. I'm sorry but you have disappointed me and I will not ask for your service again. That attitude that they bring bothers and a lot. But I don't lose anything, you lose a very frequent client.

The Alfredo pasta with shrimp is delicious, the portion size is very good and the price is fair.
