En espanol despues.. I will give them 3 stars at the moment, but I will revise when they finish my truck. Had a rough start to the process. They quoted me much lower, then once my truck was towed there and engine pulled, they more than doubled the quote. However after we exchanged a few heated emails, i met with them and they presented their case to me. While i disagree that the estimate should have been raised to what it was raised to, in their defense, they met ma in the middle after a somewhat justified explanation. While I agreed to thei ncrease and was highly satisfied with the willingness on the part to find a solution, I lowered my rating to a 3 star, on the basis that i fully disclosed the condition of my motor, the miles on my truck, they're make and model, therefore in my opinion, they should have been able to quote far closer to the actual cost than 50% plus increase. I would have given them a 1 star review but for the fact they were very reasonable to work with once we both cooled down. If the rebuild is as good as they say it will be, I will modify this review to 4.5 stars. For now, I caution anyone utilizing their services to get something firm in writing as well as a price maximum guarantee prior to releasing your truck to them. I hope for the best. I will state that they have a nice shop, very professional, and I liked the fact that they had the entire engine laid out with grouped parts to show you the full scale of the work to be done. I have not had anyone do that in the past and it was a very nice touch. This also assisted me in making my decision to pay the increased amount, which I will consider a fair deal as long as there are no more hiccups and they resurrect my Chevorlet! .. to be continued....
