★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen buen producto , pero la atención muy mala . Pedimos con mi señora . Un expreso chico y un chocolate blanco frío chico . Y trajeron un café grande que parece café de olla y una taza doble con leche . No trajeron lo que uno le pide y además nos discutió que eso es lo que pedimos ... Realmente una vergüenza de atención .
 They have a good product, but the service is very bad. We ordered with my lady. A boy espresso and a boy cold white chocolate. And they brought a large coffee that looks like pot coffee and a double cup of milk. They did not bring what one asks for and also argued that that is what we asked for ... Really a shame of attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato hacia sus empleados. Se aprovechan de que son chavos y los tratan con la punta del pie. Trabajan sin contrato, sin prestaciones, la dueña y su hijo son un par de ineptos y flojos. Por eso se quedan sin gente.
Terrible treatment of their employees. They take advantage of the fact that they are kids and treat them with their toes. They work without a contract, without benefits, the owner and her son are a couple of inept and lazy. That's why they run out of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, rápido y el personal amable. El café es delicioso y de gran calidad a mi parecer. La ubicación es de fácil acceso y siempre tienen todas las opciones del menú que he solicitado.
Very good service, fast and friendly staff. The coffee is delicious and of great quality in my opinion. The location is easily accessible and they always have all the menu options I have requested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la segunda vez que venimos y a pesar de que pedimos los frapuchinos para comer en el restaurante nos traen éstos en vasos de plástico, cuando lo correcto es que lo sirvan en vaso de vidrio. Pero siempre dicen que no tienen suficientes vasos. La atención paupérrima. Había una bicicleta en la mesa, que aunque la quitaron al solicitarlo, no debería haber estado estacionada en las mesas y era de uno de los empleados y al quitarla ni una disculpa pidió.
Y si final resulta que tampoco me podían generar un recibo por el consumo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This in in the plaza next to Costco. I was wandering around and wanted to have a cuppa coffee. This is where I landed. Hablo poquito español and a gentleman dropped by to assist me in the order. After chit chatting with him for a bit I invited him to join me at my table :-) Turns out he is the owner lol! Emilio. Very friendly and speaks French, English, Spanish and God knows what other languages! The ambience is pretty nice. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The decor with the Sicily waters in the background - pretty good! Coffee was excellent. Highly recommend to just hang out or hang in! Thanks Emilio for your friendliness and graciousness!
