R	Robert Major on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely friendly staff, front desk very good english. Clean and quiet location, only 20min walk or 3min taxi to 5th avenue (main tourist part and bars/nightclub scene) and only 25 min walk/3min + 1min walk to beach front. Only reason not 5* is that although food is very nice and great value for money not much variety of local cuisines. (predominately dishes are spaghetti/lasagna and baguette based) having said that breakfast is brilliant, very similar to continental Europe in that cereal/pastry and fresh fruit available.

C	Curly Hair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Can walk to 5th avenue in like 10 mins. Google says 20... its alot closer. Rooms are big, clean, tall ceilings... no balconys no windows can be opened. Aircon is good havent needed it on. Spacious, cable is good and wifi in my room is great! Breakfast is basic and is the same thing everyday so very repetitive... even eggs would change it up a bit! Location is industrial lots of building going on. 25 easy min walk to beach... blankets thin and gets cold in the night even in January... mould in bathroom, shower head is terrible and dribbles out. Or I would give this place 4 to 5 stars...
T	Tony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am totally disappointed that, after I wrote my review of this hotel, they would not admit that they can include bottled water in the rooms and rectify the problem of the poor WiFi signal ?-ie you need a WiFi Extender or separate modem on that floor. Just goes to show that some hotels are better than others. (Nice Rooms, but poor signal ? for the WiFi and no courtesy bottled water in the room. Plus you have to leave a deposit to borrow the iron and board in the rooms.)
C	Carlos Prieto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Hotel, not too expensive, but there's no iron and no minibar. Mattress are hard, so don't worry for back pain if you have it... This will help you. Hot water for shower and free breakfast... I recommend it...

They had chilaquiles, scrambled eggs, refried beans, salsas, sweet breads and regular breads for toast. Cereal bar and yogurt and fruit bar. Coffee and tea and Expresso was available for 40 pesos more. The rooms were cold when. We entered but you can adjust the temperature but it took some time to figure it out. You can also request an extra blanket because the bedding is quite thin. Everything was super clean, hot water and water pressure worked amazing. The pool was clean. You can ask for an iron at the desk with a small deposit. Beds were very firm.
M	Mr V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay if you have a car. Great access to the 307. A supermarket and mall is about a 3 minute drive away. The hotel and rooms are very basic. Quiet rooms. The elevator didn't work when we stayed there. Staff speaks very little English but are friendly. Breakfast in the morning was disappointing.

When we tried to check in manager told us to pay 300 peso for early check in just for 1 hour earlier than check in time. When I refused I asked them to keep my luggage in safe room and they said they can’t do that. So they pushed me for paying extra money. They are far away from professional. Place is far from all restaurants and shops. I don’t recommend this place for tourists. We regret our stay there that’s why we canceled our stay after first night. Rooms smell humidity. They don’t put even water in the room.
