★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a preguntar costos de productos y quedaron en enviarme la cotización por correo. Me dijeron que al siguiente día me la enviaban y después de 4 días pregunte que había pasado, ¿porque aun no me la envían? me dijeron que sus proveedores aun no contestaban. Pasaron 4 días mas y envié otro correo para preguntar nuevamente: ya no me contestaron y después de casi 3 semanas aun no me contestan. Me parece muy mal que dejen esperando a sus clientes de esa forma.
I went to ask product costs and they agreed to send me the quote by mail. They told me that the next day they sent it to me and after 4 days I asked what had happened, why haven't they sent it to me yet? They told me that their providers still did not answer. 4 more days passed and I sent another email to ask again: they no longer answered me and after almost 3 weeks they still did not answer me. I find it very bad that they leave their clients waiting like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenia expectativas altas pero todo lo contrario tardan demaciado tiempo en dar las propuestas de diseño, mande a hacer unas tarjetas y las deje pagadas para acelerar el proceso , envio correos todos los dia y llamadas telefonicas , incluso fui a presionarlos personalmente y ni asi se agilizo el proceso.
I had high expectations but on the contrary, they take too long to give the design proposals, I had some cards made and left them paid to speed up the process, I send emails every day and phone calls, I even went to pressure them personally and it didn't even speed up. the process.
